the school invited a very interesting and engaging speaker to teach us about the art of leadership during ccal conference. at one point he was talking about how leaders have a talent for leading, but most of the skill is cultivated. he told us about how he once did a similar workshop for a group of CEOs, and he asked how many of them believed in the saying, "A leader is born!" about 80% or so raised their hands. so he replies, "Of course! You are absolutely correct! After all, which leader is not born?"
